Wasp Stings & Treatment
If you have been stung by a wasp, the effects while unpleasant are less harmful than a bees sting. The wasps sting is smooth and as such usually does not remain in the skin after the sting.
The best thing to do is apply vinegar to the area surrounding the wasp stings. Treatment by vinegar (an acid) helps neutralise the alcali of the wasps sting.
The pain should subside after an hour or so and swelling is usually minimal. If you suspect there is a hive in your home, you should contact us to remove the nest for you.
